Was in town for work and could not have asked for a better rate! The beds were comfortable, the staff was quick and friendly and they have coffee available in the lobby. Basic hotel but a great rate. If we have work in Richmond again we will be staying with Regency Inn.
Very clean, nice, and amazing price. While some might shy away from this place thinking it might be cheap and dirty it is far from the case. The staff was very nice more so then at most hotels I have been to in the past. I had a standard non smoking king room, the room itself is pretty large, a lot larger then rooms at either Super 8 or Microtel. There is a lot of counter space in the bathroom, leaving plenty of room for anything you might want to place there.
Very nice rooms you get a big fiuffy bed and chair with stool a microwave and fridge and iron and ironing board. The water is very warm and comforting in the shower its very clean and the staff are nice.
